DNA45 (“the Service”) is operated by Mankind Research Labs Sandton (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

DNA45 is a real-time knowledge transformation system that returns structured cards in response to user queries. The Service is provided as-is, without warranty, and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Accounts

• You may use DNA45 anonymously or by signing in with Google.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting privacy@mankindresearch.org.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break any law, infringe rights, or harass others.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse our infrastructure or scrape outputs at scale.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or contains malware.
• Use the Service to generate content that could mislead or harm a third party.
• Reverse-engineer, deobfuscate or attempt to extract our prompts, models or weights.

AI-generated output

Cards are generated by combining live data sources with language-model inference. We make no warranty of accuracy. For high-stakes use cases (medical, legal, financial) consult a qualified professional.

Intellectual property

• The DNA45 brand, software, design, prompts and architecture are owned by Mankind Research Labs.
• You retain rights to your queries and any inputs you submit.
• Generated outputs may be reused subject to the underlying source-data licences (e.g. Wikipedia, OpenStreetMap).

Privacy & data

How we handle your data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Data Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or our infrastructure. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mankind Research Labs Sandton, its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email to signed-in users. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Johannesburg.
